At Fresh Harvest in a Jar we hand craft all of our jams, jellies, curds, and fruit spreads, one batch at a time. Each jar is packed with fresh, ripe ingredients and just a pinch of sugar, not additives or preservatives.
From berries and lemons to decadent chocolate, and even rum and wine, we have a flavor to satisfy every craving.
We also offer a delicious buttermilk scone mix that pairs well with our jams, jellies, and curds.

Who We Are
Fresh Harvest in a Jar, located in Topsham, Maine, was founded by Juila Kauff-McCracken. Her goal is to make the yummy, natural food that you would if you had the time, or the inclination.
Fresh Harvest in a Jar has already made its mark in the Maine food circuit. It was named the Best New Product in the annual New England Made Giftware & Specialty Food Show in Portland, Maine.
